Greensburg-Beulah M. Little left this world to be with her Savior on Jan. 6,2015. She passed away at the Ashley Rehab in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born Aug. 27,1919 in Greensburg, Kansas., the daughter of Arthur and Harriett Neas. In 1937 she married George Little and to this union was born three children, Harriet White, George (Bill) Little, Virginia (Gina) Thompson. In 1937 she graduated from the Greensburg High School. During her married life she worked for the O’Conner Market, Greensburg School District in the lunch room and the Kiowa County Hospital as a dietary assistant. She took a correspondence course in nutrition at Dodge City Jr. College. She helped get the first Senior Center started. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women of Greensburg, KS. and the District Director of the 7th District in Kansas. In 1989 she moved to Custer City, Ok where she lived for 17 years. She was a member of the Christian Church, volunteered for the Traid at the Arapaho Court house, in Arapaho, OK and she belong to a Bridge and Cantata club. In 2006 she moved to Bella Vista, AR, and attended the Presbyterian church. She enjoyed playing cards, doing crafts. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George Little, 2 sister, 4 brothers and one grandchild. Survivors are her children, Harriet White(Jim) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, George (Bill) Little of Buffalo, Oklahoma, and Gina(Bob) Thompson, Cordell, Oklahoma, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, sister-in-law Ethyle Murray of Inman, Kansas and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service and celebration of Beulah’s life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Fleener Funeral Home, Greensburg. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Greensburg. A visitation will be held 5:00-8:00 Friday and 10:00 a.m. – noon Saturday. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association in care of Fleener Funeral Home, 514 S. Main St., Greensburg, Kansas, 67054.
