Clara Diane Halley

Belvidere- Clara Diane Halley, 74, died November 7, 2018, at Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center, Pratt, Kansas. She was born March 6, 1944 in Ellsworth, Kansas, the daughter of Hubert and Roberta (Webb) Voeltz. Diane was a retired cook. She had worked at Burke’s Restaurant and the Kansan Restaurant, both in Greensburg. She had lived in Greensburg and Belvidere, Kansas. On August 5, 1962 Diane married Hank Halley in Natrona, Ks . He survives. Other survivors include one daughter Katie Kettwich, Turon, Kansas, two sons Roy Halley, Belvidere, Kansas and Wes Halley (Renee), Arlington, Kansas, a sister Karen Johnson, Seguin, Texas, a brother Carl Voeltz (Phyllis), Higbee, Missouri, 4 grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Diane was preceded in death by a sister Kathy Blissand two brothers Woody Voeltz and Marvin Voeltz. Memorial services and celebration of Diane’s life will be held 10:30 am, Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Peace Lutheran Church, Greensburg. Inurnment will be 1:30pm in Soldier Creek Cemetery, Belvidere.
