Gary L. Worden

Haviland- Gary L. Worden, 77, died June 18, 2014 at Home Again Assisted Living, Haviland, Kansas. He was born March 7, 1937 in Osborne County, Kansas, the son of Kenneth and Fern (Wineinger) Worden. He was a lifetime resident of Haviland. Gary retired from ANR Pipeline Company and was a self employed Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist. He was a member of the Haviland Friends Church, South West Antique Engine and Thresher Show Assoc. and NRA. Gary is survived by two sons Steve and wife Ronda Worden and Jerry and wife Myra Worden, one daughter Pamela Mayo and husband Roger, two Grandsons Matt and Zane, three brothers Terry, Ken and Keith Worden He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister Karen Kay. Memorial services and celebration of Gary’s life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 21, 2014 in the Haviland Friends Church, Haviland with Pastor Donnie Hinshaw officiating. Memorials are suggested to Home Again Assisted Living and Barclay College, Haviland, both in care of Fleener Funeral Home, 514 S. Main St., Greensburg, Kansas, 67054.
