Lavona Jeanne Ellis

Lavona Jeanne Ellis, daughter of Herbert and Mildred Light of Haviland, Kansas, passed away at age 86 at UC Medical Center in Loveland, Colorado, on September 1, 2018. She is survived by her three children Dannah Ellis of Wichita, Kansas, Mark Ellis of Windsor, Colorado and Deborah Hargett and husband Randall of Satanta, Kansas, eight Grandchildren and nine Great-grandchildren. Jeanne was married January 22, 1956 to Gilbert Ellis in Haviland. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Memorial Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in Haviland Cemetery, Haviland, with Rev. Mark Fillmore officiating. Fleener Funeral Home, Greensburg, Kansas, handling arrangements.
