  1. Dear Penny, and Kerri
With deep regret Ihave read of your mothers passing, I always liked her both as a teacher, and mentor, what little I know of English, and writing, all started w/ her. She took and interest in all her students, and as a student we could tell. I seemed like she got static from her students, or at least me, but it was more as youthful orney-ness, and good natured ribbing. I have thought of her often, and fondly . She was a good teacher for me, and I think for all her students, and am sure she will be missed by more than her family, and will be kept alive in her former student lives. May God Bless.
