Greensburg – Shirley Marina Koehn, 90, died November 2, 2024, at her home in Greensburg, Kansas. She was born August 26, 1934, in Adams Cove, Newfoundland, Canada, the daughter of Clarence and Lillian (Kelloway) Hollett. Shirley had lived in North Carolina, Cuba, Illinois, and Greensburg since 1963. She was a housekeeper at the Kiowa County Memorial Hospital for 20 years, retiring as the Director of Housekeeping and worked as a waitress at the Stonecrest and Heidrich Café’s and cleaned homes in Greensburg. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Greensburg. On December 19, 1953, Shirley married Manford D. Koehn at Argentia, Newfoundland. He preceded her in death September 18, 2015. She is survived by three sons Tim Koehn and wife Annelle, Pratt, Kansas, Tom Koehn and wife Michelle, Calhoun, Georgia, Mark Koehn and wife Penny, Greensburg, a daughter Barbara Johnson and husband Scott, Maple Hill, Kansas, twelve Grandchildren – Kyle, Justin, Zach, Kasey, Shane, Garth, Nick, Bryce, Amber, Cortney, Wendy, and Jessie, twenty Great-grandchildren – Blake, Dalton, Kasin, Kade, Sebastian, Corbin, Blaize, Atlas, Conner, Colsen, Graysen, Palmer, Luka, Adalynd, Oliva, Irelynd, Holli, Logan, Taylin, Everly, two sisters Vivian Bilancione, New Jersey and Ruby Hayes, Tennessee. She was also preceded in death by a Great-granddaughter Rhyann James, and two sisters Doris Mansfield and Jennie Jenkins. Funeral Services and celebration of Shirley’s life will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the Church of God in Christ Mennonite, Greensburg, with Pastor Mark Dirks officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Greensburg. A visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 pm Friday, at Fleener Funeral Home, Greensburg.
